International airlines pay better salaries compared to domestic airlines but it all depends upon the experience, the reputation etc. In domestic airlines, the initial salary of a cabin crew ranges from ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 40,000 per month, which later on increases to ₹80, 000 to ₹ 1,25,000 with experience. The salary figures cannot ever be accurate because there are always perks and benefits added to it, the international flights provide for a better pay scale ranging from 60000-100000 per month.
